Research & Publications

Research Interests:

My research primarily focuses on improving outcomes and quality of life for patients with gynaecological cancers. Key areas include:

  • Financial toxicity in gynaecological cancer patients
  • Chemotherapy-associated menstrual dysfunction
  • Validation and efficacy of sentinel lymph node techniques in endometrial cancers
  • Investigating the role of NIPEC/HIPEC in advanced ovarian cancers (RCT)
  • Molecular markers such as FOXL2 in adult granulosa cell tumours

Ongoing Research Projects:

  • Financial toxicity in gynaecological cancer patients: Investigating economic impacts and strategies to mitigate financial burdens.
  • Chemotherapy-associated menstrual dysfunction: Understanding impacts of chemotherapy on reproductive health and potential management strategies.
  • Validation of sentinel lymph node techniques: Improving diagnostic and treatment outcomes in endometrial cancer patients.
  • NIPEC/HIPEC in advanced ovarian cancers (RCT): Exploring the effectiveness and potential benefits of innovative chemotherapy delivery techniques.
  • Role of FOXL2 in adult granulosa cell tumours: Studying molecular pathways to enhance therapeutic targeting.
